Canadian mogul skiers Jennifer Heil and Alexandre Bilodeau made the most of their home-course advantage Saturday as they grabbed World Cup wins at Cypress Mountain, B.C. The rivalry between American Hannah Kearney and Heil gained more steam at the event as judges gave Heil the win over Kearney for the second week in a row. Kearney, who has yet to miss a podium this season, retains her 45-point lead in the points race, mid-way through the season. Both women have two victories apiece.

As I write this blog I am the number one female mogul skier in the world. I have never had this honor and I am hannahlarge.jpgenjoying it thoroughly. I earned this current title by winning the first world cup in France, getting third in Quebec, and first and second at two competitions in Utah. I am in Vancouver now for the Olympic test event and am hoping to continue my with consistent results. As a member of the US Freestyle team, I wear a uniform at all competitions and training camps, but in my personal training I am free to express my own style. With five weeks off over the holidays I had ample opportunity to sport my new Nikita outfit.
