I was inspired April 11th, 2009 while watching young adults partake in a wonderful event that was built on inspiration. The event, Ski/Snowboard Outing for Adolescents and Young Adults Affected by Cancer with Special Guest, Jeremy Bloom, made possible by RAI and sponsors. Rise Above It, RAIBenefit.org, is a non-profit organization that was inspired by a life that was taken early, lives that experienced that loss and of course an inspiration. The Rise Above It (RAI) mission is to create an immediate positive impact in the lives of adolescents and young adults affected by cancer.
