RadGalz Hosts ‘Galz Gathering’ at Horseshoe Resort
RadGalz, Canada’s original female action sport event and promotions organization founded in BC in 2002, and Horseshoe Resort in Ontario are hosting the ultimate GIRLS snowboard and ski get-together day called the ‘Galz Gathering’. The Gathering is open to all ages and all abilities of female freestyle skiers/snowboarders and will be a no pressure day bringing together like- minded girls who share the love for snow sports and mountain lifestyle.
The Gathering is taking place Saturday, March 21st at Horseshoe in the Terrain Park starting at 10am. This event is not a coaching clinic nor contest, it`s a drop-in day for girls to get-together and ride and ski in the park. The Gathering is aimed at bringing together girls from all over Ontario to learn and push each other, to socialize, to film, to network and to preview current and next season’s outerwear and clothing at an on-hill fashion show, and BBQ starting at 1pm at the base of the Terrain Park.
There will be chance to win give-a-ways (with purchase of RadGalz ‘One Love’ Jersey) through fun games, and trivia, as well as product toss outs throughout the day for radness, so girls are encouraged to come early. There will be all levels of girls out riding together, and RadGalz team riders, and ambassadors there supporting and inspiring girls who want to progress their skills! Plus all fashion show models are local ripper’s, who will be keeping it real and looking steeze in current and next season’s styles!

The ‘Gathering’ is open to all female snowboarders and skiers who want to progress their park skills, meet new friends, get awesome pictures (SBC will be covering the event), and take part in give-a-ways from the Gathering sponsors, which will include Rip Curl Mountain Wear, Osiris Shoes, Nitro Snowboards, L1, Spacecraft Clothing, and Me to We T-shirts plus lots of promotional goodies! The event is Free however girls are encouraged to purchase a RadGalz ‘One Love’ Jersey to be included in all give-a-ways and BBQ. All girls must also have a valid lift and park pass (discounted for participants for $25)! RadGalz ‘ONE LOVE’ Jerseys can be Pre-ordered for $25 on www.radgalz.com and will be available for purchase at the event.
